Position: Administration/Customer Service
Location: Ivor Miles, Haddenham

Are you a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual looking for a new opportunity? Ivor Miles in Haddenham is seeking enthusiastic team members for full-time and part-time positions in our Administration/Customer Service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience.

  • Assisting with customer inquiries both face-to-face and over the phone with professionalism.

• Administrative Tasks:

  • Processing customer payments accurately and filing relevant documents.

  • Ordering, booking, and checking pricing for parts.

  • Entering purchases onto GDS and filing invoices.

  • Taking stock and managing inventory.

• Support Duties:

  • Providing support to the Managing Director and wider team.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Collecting parts and occasionally visiting Booker Wholesale.

• Customer Service:

  • Taking customer bookings and receiving customers at reception.

  • Answering phone calls and delivering exceptional service.

• Additional Tasks:

  • Collecting and delivering customer vehicles when required.

  • Making tea and coffee – because great service starts with a smile (and a cuppa!).
